The porter at the hotel was very helpful as was the cleaning women.

The intial room we were given was on the ground floor, was small, hot, and faced the crowd at the tram stop.

Excellent location next to tram stop and simple but good cooking facilities in room.

There were no comfy chairs in the room and the headboard of the bed did not make it comfortable to siton the bed

The aarea was good and the room was large and bright.

I did not like that they charged for the internet and there was no parking.

The location was quiet yet convenient. Checking-in at the hotel to get the keys was a bit unusual, but not a problem. There is a tram stop right outside the apartment and a grocery store and coffee shops, etc. are just a short walk away. There's a complete kitchen with two burners, small refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, etc. Nothing fancy...sort of like a student apartment, but, considering that it's Switzerland, it's a good value for the money.

A coffee-maker or Melior coffee press would be a nice addition

The location for getting into the city was excellent.plenty of close restaurants tram right outside

No lift and washing machines and dryers not working

Enjoyed being close to the supermarket to buy food and the closeness of the lake. Having a kitchenette was great and also the laundry facilities was nice to have.

I would have liked at least a toaster oven to make toast and to be able to bake some things.

Spacious apartment (I got luck with a free upgrade) with good facilities. Very helpful staff on reception.

Quite dificult to find the apartment - the hotel reception told me the name of the apartment, but not the number on the door, so I just had to try my key in a couple of doors until I found one that worked!

The location was quite good close to public transport.

The bed was a fold down. Not really acceptable at this price. The pillows were awful. It was noisy with the bus stop outside the window.

Good and spacious room on a good location. Train passing in front of the building now and then, but had no problems with that. Ascot staff very helpful.
